- Single audits required by nonprofits or governmental agencies receiving federal funds
Financial Statement Audits
With the continuing changes in regulations and the current economic climate, it’s more important than ever to take a proactive, professional approach to stay on top of your company’s financial welfare. Our audit professionals partner with your financial talent to perform the audit in a timely and efficient manner.
Internal Control Reporting
As more and more companies continue to update their operations to meet the changing needs of their customers, many companies have struggled to maintain an adequate control environment.
Our internal control analyses are tailored to meet the needs of each individual client. Our professional team focuses on developing the internal control analysis to provide the maximum value to your company. An internal control analysis includes three separate phases of reporting: risk assessment, documentation and testing phases. Working through these phases we focus on locating operating efficiencies within your company to reduce cost as well as the timeliness and reliability of your financial information.
Financial Statement Reviews
At times a full financial statement audit is not required by your financial institution or the owners of your company. However, a review of your financial statements could provide reasonable assurance of the reliability of your financial information. A review is significantly less in scope in comparison to a full audit of the financial statements.
Employee Benefit Plan Audits
Regulations and additional audit requirements continue to change the employee benefit plan audit environment. Audit programs are specially tailored by our professionals to meet the needs of each employee benefit plan.
As a lender to commercial entities, one of the most critical aspects of a borrowing relationship is the accuracy and reliability of your customers’ internal management and financial information. While business owners think they are using and providing their lenders with accurate information, many times (due to changes in the business, systems and personnel) the reliability of such information is less than adequate.
Our professionals have extensive experience serving owners of large to mid-sized companies as well as financial institutions.
